Design, Technology and Quality

Every Chini Cord product has a story when it reaches you. The story must be read to discover its value.

Three important factors distinguish Chini cord products. Innovative design, unique technology and exemplary quality. The story of Chini cord products is the story of these three concepts.

Product Design

Product Design

The Designer, with modern design software, transfers Sanitary Ware products from his mind to the digital space. Ideas are in the designer's mind; But accurate sizes, geometric shapes and beautiful mental forms should be transformed into a product that has a correct function in addition to beauty.

The process of designing and transforming an idea into form requires creativity, courage and knowledge.

Modeling

Modeling

How to make 3D and 360 degree images of products as designed in software in the real world? Modeler creates templates with dimensions and images. He deals with rulers and meters and precise numbers. A symmetrical product must be made. If this product is as beautiful in the real world as it was in the digital world, it should be checked for proper performance. The modeling artist asks himself whether the product is what the designers had in mind.

The prototype that the modeler builds will determine the product's viability.

Moulding

Moulding

The initial model of the product that was made is the model of manufacturing the product on a mass scale. From now on, the molder must spawn the parent mold. The mother mold will accommodate the child molds so that each of the children, in the production process, will be the mother of the final products of all types of Sanitary Ware. So a lot of templates will be needed.

Casting

Casting

The molds are arranged and wait in line for the grout to arrive and accommodate it. They hold the slurry for an hour, stay and then open to create the initial form of the products. They are not yet ready for glazing. They should be completely dry and firm without changing their shape.

Glazing

Glazing

The glaze should sit evenly on the product. The product spins and turns white. The uniform glaze is still not clear, shiny and polished. Waiting to enter the furnace. Glazing is important because proper glazing makes the product hygienic. It is sanitary ware that has zero water absorption, does not have cracks and is glazed everywhere.

Baking

Baking

The products are put on the wagons and go to the furnace on the rails. The fire of the automatic furnace bakes the glaze until it becomes smooth, shiny, transparent and polished. The products that come out of the furnace are the designer's ideas that can now be touched.
